Description

Part 1 of 3 course modules that provide a comprehensive view of the technologies used in electronic music production.

This module includes an in-depth study of the design and implementation of the MIDI Specification and how its applied in sequencing within hardware and Digital Audio Workstations. Techniques for configuration and use of MIDI devices to build and/or optimize your own studio are included.

This course also serves to prepare the student for other two modules in the course: Sequencing and Production Tricks/Mixing
